We stone ground these Cacao beans until creamy smooth and taste notes of cherry, bread and brownies...... and here is a note from the Growers: From the roughness of the farmer's hands, rustic, but full of love, passion and pride in the value of Vietnamese agricultural products.
And as always, we hand-make and wrap each bar.
