Indulge in the extraordinary with our luxury bean-to-bar chocolate bonbons, crafted from the world’s finest single-origin cacao and transformed with meticulous artistry. Each bonbon begins with hand-selected beans, roasted in small batches to reveal their deepest natural character before being refined into silky, aromatic chocolate. Our chocolate is then paired with exquisite in-house fillings—velvet ganaches, delicate infusions, and Newfoundland ingredients—to create bite-sized expressions of pure elegance.  Every bonbon is a celebration of craftsmanship and sensory indulgence..

For 2026, have selected the following recipies.

• - BLUE Shell - Black Current (Newfoundland Grrown),
• - ORANGE Shell - Mandarine (squeezed in-house),
• - SQUARE Rabits - Strawberry (Newfoundland Grown),
• - CHICK - Lemon Tart (squeezed in-house)

All made with fresh ingredients, and of course, we used our award winning Chanthaburi chocolate for the shell and ganache.  And if you drop by the STUDIO in Mount Pearl, we can put together a custom selection.  Each bonbon contains a smidge of Grand Marnier in the ganache... not much but just enough to help with shelf life and preserve the flavours.

 A lot of work, a lot of LOVE and a lot of pride.

Our chocolate is hand made in small special batches and curated to the highest standards... and we are always over the MOON.
