Summer Shipping Policy
With shipping in general, no one shipping method works with every order and we end up buffering the costs to that our customers are happy with a seamless process. During the summer, we are unable to provide the buffering to make every order work because your order needs to:
- Arrive within 24 hours, and
- Use ice packs
- Or wait until the suitable weather arrives after the summer.
So, during the summer season:
- The "free/Flat rate" shipping threshold will still apply in the summer with $100++ purchase.
- On our side, we will only contribute up to $18 to the shipping costs.
- We will package your order, obtain shipping quotes and
- If it is over $18, you will be contacted to approve a shipping $$ addendum.
- And you have the right to turn down your order for a full refund.
- RETURNS: All packages shipped in the summer are Free On Board, which means we cannot be held responsible for damaged goods

Regular Shipping Policy
We love our CHOCOLATE........... and each item is wrapped and packaged with the utmost care. Happy customers is our goal, and if your item(s) arrive broken, out of temper or damaged in any way during our regular NON-SUMMER shipping season, please contact us when you receive your package..... and we will work on a solution.
Chocolate is sensitive to heat, cold and moisture.. Please store your chocolate appropriately -> in a cool, dry place.
