Memories of HOME. Figgy DUFF is a traditional Newfoundland steamed pudding that is made and served with Jigs Dinner.
We used Chanthaburi cacao beans ground together with demerara, all spice and vanilla bean seeds (purposefully left partially ground for crunch), and we added golden raisins for a sweet moment during the flavour profile.
