Heaven is a place on earth for liquorice fans this year. We love experiments and took our time crafting the ganache. We started with our Academy Of Chocolate GOLD Award winning liquorice chocolate and added SAMBUCA liquorice liqueur for a double impact taste profile. The result was a semi-sweet liquorice flavour punch that crescendos from start to finish. And the added balance of our own bean-to-bar Vietnam - Đắk Lắk Dark (70%) Chocolate for the shell add the finishing touch. Certified AWESOME.
