Ah the Spice of Life.. a bit of peppercorn to really elevate the raspberry flavour profile and also adds some texture. This combination has quickly become our staff pic and go-to bar.
We also use Newfoundland raspberries to add that extra feeling of home in every moment of melt. We stone ground the ingredients until the mouth feel was creamy and smooth.. and added whole black peppercorns and freshly roasted nibs for crunch and for a long flavour trail.
