For this particular product:  Using traditional European panning techniques, we covered these bite sized candied ginger cubes layer by layer (9) with our bean-to-bar dark (70%) chocolate until the balance of chocolate and tangy zip of the ginger meld together.

Our chocolate is hand made in small special batches and curated to the highest standards... and we are always over the MOON.
