Chocolate Cherries (DARK)
~ Sweet 'n' Tart! ~
Using traditional European panning techniques, we select the softest and most incredible tart cherries and meticulously coat them layer by layer (9) with our bean-to-bar dark (70%) chocolate until the balance of chocolate and Tart/Cheery flavours meet in harmony. Adding a dusting of icing sugar is the last layer of elevation.
Our chocolate is hand made in small special batches and curated to the highest standards... and we are always over the MOON.
