Our Experiment room is always buzzing with ideas, stainless steel bowls filled with wonderful ingredients, spatulas, spoons, and suspended aromas.. days and days go by.. sometimes weeks... and then this happens OMGx10 - Signal Hill Whisky in chocolate.. Well now... The pairing books will have to be re-written. I am sure time stood still for a moment when we tasted the newly created chocolate ganache... Not sure how to put in in words.. But we said, this is a Father's Day Must...
Each chocolate morsel tastes sweet'n'smooth, fresh and irresistible at the same time. And the Signal Hill Whisky presents itself in every part of the flavour curve - all natural ingredients. We use our own bean-to-bar CHIGORODO - Single Estate (Colombian) Dark Chocolate. Certified AWESOME.
