The big question was asking ourselves, just how many dried raspberries can be stone ground together with cacao beans .  And the answer was surprisingly two fold.. A lot.. and OMG the flavour.  

This recipe has won many international awards from the Academy of Chocolate and the Internatinal Chocolate Awards.

We use ORIGIN Thailand Chanhtaburi Cacao in this creation.  Certified AWESOME...  

Our chocolate is hand made in small special batches and curated to the highest standards... and we are always over the MOON.
