Just in time for Mother's Day. Partridge berry is one of our rare offerings and we thought that making a micro-batch using one of Newfoundland's most amazing berries would be a wonderful thing to offer for Mother's day.
Our chocolate batch used over 15Kg of fresh partridge berries, and the taste is sweet'n'tart, fresh and irresistible at the same time.
