Strawberry INCLUSION

Each summer we hand pick Lester's Farm Strawberries and prepare them in house for this incredible inclusion bar.  The strawberries are dried and tucked under the chocolate for flavour preservation and taste delivery.   One our our customer favourites.. and ours

We use our Signature Chocolate 70% for the bar and add Freeze Dried Strawberry chunks.

Our chocolate is hand made in small special batches and curated to the highest standards... and we are always over the MOON.
