From the Uraba Region in the Colombia. We love slow roasting our Cacao, this allows for the flavours to develop in a subtle ramp so we can lock in the perfect flavours.
We taste tones of Floral and Herbal notes. And we consider this one of our best profiles. Letting a chocolate square melt on your tongue is the best way to experience chocolate: a true flight.
And as always, we hand-make and wrap each bar.
Our chocolate is hand made in small special batches and curated to the highest standards... and we are over the MOON.
